I currently manage two YouTube channels. My newer channel, 'Chess With Ranvir', is growing nicely. However, my older channel, 'Rockstar Ranvir' (guitar content), is struggling with subscriber retention.

I was stuck at 347 subs for a long time, hit 402, and immediately dropped back to 399 over the last few days. I'm looking for insight into the root cause of this 'sub-and-unsub' behavior and actionable strategies to break past the 400-sub plateau.

What am I missing?
