I recently went through 4 rounds of interview at a dream role and company. The last interview (last weds), the interviewer mentioned they are wrapping up interviews and I will hear back next week. From my POV the rounds went well with good vibes but I imagine this is a competitive position and there could be many other better candidates. I really, really want this role.
I cant focus on daily tasks at work as I really want this job and hoping to hear good news. Its now thursday morning with no news. the rounds between moved really fast. So this long silence feels different. Should i be discouraged and prepare myself for a rejection? If im being honest this rejection if i do get it might take me weeks to recover from
