Quick question for the guys running crews: When you’re out on a removal or it’s after 6 PM, how are you handling the new leads calling in?

I’m looking at two setups and want to know which one makes more sense for a tree biz:

AI Voice Receptionist: A system that actually answers the phone when you’re in the bucket or after hours. It talks to the customer, gets the job details, and tells them you'll call back for the estimate.
Missed Call Text-Back: You miss the call, and it instantly texts them: "Hey, it's [Your Company Name], sorry we're on a job right now. How can we help?" and starts a chat to lock them in.

Which one would you rather have running your back office?
