Context: 5 months into working out sa gym and I don’t know if mabagal ba progress ko or maybe i’m not doing the right workout, eating right food.
1st, should i cut or bulk? I began my weight from 53 and now 59kg. should i gain more then cut or vice versa? ayoko rin kasi ng sobrang bulky and buffed tignan since im not blessed sa height lol
2nd, im currently doing AP split, AP rest AP. 4x sa gym, following a workout routine i just saw on tiktok. Should i change this? what should i do instead? Or i should just stick to my current split.
Goal: lumapad yung back, magkalaman chest, basta body recomp
