Has anybody went through a workman’s comp. case were they tried to get you for fraud ? I have done everything i needed to do and complied with 2 surgeries and they tried to prosecute me today for fraud . I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I have a workman’s comp attorney but what else should i do ?
