After 85k in steps. 3 hours of football, I still put on 300g this week.

Any help around diet? Meal planning I'm shocking at. Mostly grazing and snacking. That's what I need most help with. I mostly love cooking and cooking good meals.

The snacking side is awful, easily go through 4 bags of crisps in 1 day. (Not regularly!) But I did Wednesday! I have a savoury tooth. And don't like salad (oddly the raw veg crunch I don't enjoy, bar sweetcorn and tomatoes)

Help, as fitness wise I do okay, but could be so much better if I could control the snacking side. 44 male.

Edit - I'm 92kg and 170cm. Also, "out run" lol
