I work in a primary school where PPA is different every week - you might get Monday afternoon or Friday morning, it might change on the day, etc. Basically you have no consistency week to week.

I have an interview on Thursday this week so will be out of school. Our weekly schedule has come out and I have no PPA this week. Obviously there has been a bank holiday so school is trying to fit everyone’s PPA into 4 days, but I just wanted to gather opinions. Could SLT argue that my PPA is on Thursday this week and so I don’t get it, or can I request for it to be on another day?
