I was scrolling through social media and someone's story about a crazy ex-girlfriend who forced him ("leg locked") to impregnate her and I wondered if there is some way to prevent things like that happening.
Obviously, if the alleged is correct, that is considered SA, but my question is actually: Is it possible to make a "contract" with your partner before unprotected intercourse so you don't accidentally (or intentionally) get forced into being a father?
It doesn't necessarily have to mean forcing the woman to abort the baby (that seems too brutal and forcing), but can you in some sort of way "relinquish" your obligations as a father before the intercourse happens if both parties agree without forcing each other (I believe the term is duress)?
Follow up question, what is the law's general view on people willingly signing contracts to relinquish a right, or someone else's obligation in something etc.
Sorry if it's a stupid question I really don't know much about law but I am curious and sorry about the bad English :/
edit: thanks to everyone for replying!
