I just got my first user for my Saas app
I built an AI tool that virtually stages rooms from a single photo, and today I got my first organic user.
Not a paying customer yet, the app is free right now while I keep improving it. But it was the first person who found it on their own and actually used it.
The tool is mainly for:
- real estate agents
- Airbnb hosts
- homeowners trying to visualize or stage spaces before selling or renovating
You upload a room photo and it generates staged versions in different interior styles using AI.

I’ve been building it nights and weekends for a while now:
- fixing image generation issues
- improving room consistency
- rebuilding parts of the UI
- testing different styles and layouts
Most days it just felt like me working on something nobody was seeing.
So seeing a stranger sign up and use it without me sending the link to them felt like a real milestone, even if it’s small.
Right now it’s basically an open free trial while I continue improving the product. Paid plans will come later once everything feels more solid and reliable.
Anyone else remember the moment they got their first real organic user?
