First pregnancy ultrasound after RIF

So we had our first early pregnancy ultrasound on Monday. We have had 5 previous transfers with 6 embryos, and this sixth embryo transfer was our second double embryo transfer, with no previous implantation before. This followed testing and surgical hysteroscopy and other treatments for endometritis, adenomyosis, and microbiome dysbiosis as well as some additional immune treatments due to inflammatory markers.

We got our positive home pregnancy test on 21st March, followed by our first beta at 12dp5dt of 2642, and our second at 14dpt of 7618. On Monday, we found out we have twins (di/di), both developing well, and with good heartbeats!

I can't believe my luck after a super hard 2.5 years of RIF, and i'm both super anxious (keep expecting the rug to be pulled out) and so very happy and excited. I have minor bleeding every so often and cramps, but I hear its really common, more so with IVF pregnancies and even more so again with multiples, so trying not to panic - but in general, does the anxiety ever lessen??

anyway, enjoy this pic of our twins - we see a Muppet style smiley face complete with tongue 👅 🥰
