Hey guys! So I’m about 7 months clean. Been working my steps and going to meetings everyday. I’ve been struggling with food though. At first I like barely ate but now that my hunger cues are back I feel like im addicted to food. I’ve been eating so much fast food lately and have gained a significant amount of weight in the last few months.
I’m just wondering about other peoples experiences with this and how they developed healthier eating habits in recovery.
