Hey,

Looking at a precon townhouse at Ivylea (Marlin Springs) that’s currently in inventory, and had a few questions before moving forward.

They’re advertising “zero closing costs” + Tarion warranty on the worksheet. but I’m not totally clear on what that actually includes vs what buyers still end up paying at closing.

For anyone who’s bought inventory units from marlin spring:

  • What does “zero closing costs” usually cover in reality?
  • What did your total closing costs actually end up being?
  • Any unexpected fees that came up later?

Just trying to get a clearer picture
