Tbh our relationship was one of the most beautiful things we loved each other, it was healthy, and everything was going well. But one night, he told me that he felt our relationship would not evolve or move forward because I do not want to have a full sexual relationship with him. Because of this, he believes our relationship won't progress. I tried to tell him that sex isn't everything in a relationship especially since we have done things similar to sex bc I do not want to lose my virginity. However, he believes sex is the most important thing in a relationship and therefore, the relationship means nothing to him without it. After a day passed I sent him a message to confirm if he wanted to break up, and he told me that it would be better if we went back to being just friends.
I still love him, and I don’t know if he is right or if I am the problem.
