This being after the first Gulf War (Saddam realizing how screwed he was without them) and during the wild 90s in Russia (probably by some former KGB/corrupt politician/Mafia boss guy, idk this Russia in the 90s).
For whatever reason the purchase and transportation is successful and everything goes about the same until the actual 2003 invasion. When Saddam actually uses one of the nukes.
