Does anyone else have Aetna insurance? Do they cover dentures?

I’m 25 I’ve had 3 back to back c sections my kids are 1,2, and 4 I’m anemic and had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant my teeth fell apart after my 3rd pregnancy and I haven’t been to the dentist in years I went today and didn’t get the best news my teeth aren’t able to be saved so I have to either get a partial and save the few good teeth or just go ahead and remove them all and get full dentures! What would you all? All advice is appreciated I feel super embarrassed.
