How much do you stick to the rule of matching the color of leather you wear?
Honest question. How much does this actually matter to you? For example, I feel like you could easily wear a pair of black leather shoes with a dark brown belt instead of having to match them exactly. Would that really look as bad as people say? Isn’t there a way to wear these two items together without creating too much of a clash?
