Inherited an incomplete set and finally got all the missing volumes and index together. In searching for these volumes, I realized there were never any photos taken of a complete set and want to post this for a searchable reference. Just need to negotiate some proper shelf space, but got it secured in a climate controlled environment for the time being. (To address any worry, it is on some vinyl flooring strips ;)
