hi, everyone!

I’m on the higher myopia prescription (-12.25 and -11.75) and, while I see well enough to read, drive and mostly live normally, I can tell my eyesight is worsening, specially in the peripheral range.

i’m looking for tips for taking care of my eyesight and also for adaptations other higher myopia people have adopted on their day to day lives. Thank you!
