Unbelievable service from Tinymight
If anyone is hesitant about sending their device in for service, don't be. I just got my Tinymight back from the manufacturer in Finland, and I am absolutely blown away by the experience. The entire process was handled incredibly fast.
After receiving the shipping label, I sent the device off from Poland as soon as I could. Here is the timeline:
- Monday, 2:20 PM: I shipped the device from Poland.
- Tuesday Morning: The package had already reached the manufacturer in Finland.
- Tuesday, 4:00 PM: Only a few hours later, the device was serviced and already heading back to me.
- Wednesday: It arrived back at my door.
The entire international turnaround took only 3 days. This is easily the best customer service I have ever encountered. I am incredibly impressed by the efficiency of their service.
