Hi all, I was thinking about exchanging my S24 Ultra Base model (12/256) Snapdragon ver. (Metal Grey color). I have the original box & receipt. Got it brand new in 2024 from Machines, Kuala Lumpur.

I would like to exchange it with S23 Ultra (Official PTA)
