I’ve been experiencing credit card fraud since November. My Trio card has been hit three times - reissued twice. I gave up after the third time and told them not to send me another. My other credit card and debit card was also hit. It has to be the same person because they always spend money at the same place.

My first and third claim was accepted. But they just sent me a denial for the second claim I made. When I asked why, they stated that it was because it shows that the card was tap to pay. They told me I can file a police report and get video evidence- but this was back in February. There likely won’t be any. I’m kicking myself for not filing a police report, but I live in a city and everyone told me that the police wouldn’t take it seriously.

I’m worried they just think I’m screwing with them, when this is not the case at all. But there is no way I’m willing to pay money I did not spend, especially when there security system clearly sucks.

Has anyone had experience with this? I feel sick.
