Inferno Squad has completed their third operation! Everyones builds are properly kicking in now at LL3, and bar Euryale having some trouble due to the environment we were in (the sniper struggles a little more in enclosed arena fights, who'd have guessed?) the team was firing on all cylinders for this operation.

Shoutout to Freebird's Integrated Light Nexus, which got the final blow on a disconcertingly large amount of targets, without I Kill With My Heart most the time. It was responsible for the most structures of any single weapon, other than maybe the Sentinel's HMG.

First time trying to draw in chibi style, but I'm pretty pleased with how they turned out! From top left and going clockwise:

Nell / Redcap, piloting NI4NI (Horus Slaugh); squad's E-War specialist, a former criminal hacker with newly awakened empathetic powers after interacting with an alien artefact. While she was a little cautious at first, she's come to really appreciate the camraderie and trust of the squad compared to her previous criminal life.

Elysia Eskdale / Euryale, piloting Dark Matter (SSC Death's Head); the squad's designated markswoman, and also the squad leader. A professional lancer for the United Federation, before she took a critical injury that left her out of action for a year with a pile of hospital bills waiting for her on the other side, becoming a mercenary to make ends meet. Still adjusting to her role as leader, especially dealing with her teams eccentricities.

Sanna Lindstrom / Gripen, piloting The Sentinel (IPS-N Tortuga); the squad's anchor and heavy gunner, hailing from a Federation academy. Despite graduating top of her class, she chose to instead join Firebreak, which her late father was a founding member of. Has a chipper disposition that's concealing a hell of a temper.

Yuka Martinez / Kuchisake, piloting Empty Crown (IPS-N Zheng); the squad's close combat specialist, she's a former gladiator, though it's become apparent she's drastically more experienced with real combat than that would entail - she's not shared what she did before the arena, exactly, other than that it was highly illegal, very amoral, and ended with her old boss trying to burn her alive. A bundle of trauma in the vague approximation of a woman.

Ezekiel Rapture / Seraph, piloting Free Bird (IPS-N Raleigh); the squad's close range gunfighter, a former pirate turned mercenary turned priest turned mercenary again, following his commune coming under attack by the very outlaws he once called comrades. Ezekiel is older than any other two members of Inferno put together, being one of the founding members of Firebreak alongside Sanna's father. Acts as a voice of reason and something of a moral guide for the squad.
