I asked for help caring for my bird since I couldn’t rehome him and had trouble remembering to feed him occasionally because I have adhd. i can’t even remember to feed myself half the time!

Hello, I made the last post about how my mom wouldn’t let me rehome my bird. Her mentality hasnt changed, but I have received a lot of helpful advice and kind words and I will try my best to give him a better life to the best of my abilities.
Some people were very concerned or accused me of being abusive and neglectful, so I included a video of him getting scritches and being silly. He’s fine, he’s not dying. I love him dearly, but he really is a lot of work for me!!
I’m planning on feeding him before school every day from now on, since that’s a concrete time. My parents say they’ll remind me when they give me my medication every morning so I’ll associate it with a routine. Thank you everyone who was kind.
