Been having trouble with headphones and SteelSeries GG

Been having trouble with headphones and SteelSeries GG

I made another post asking about product alternatives, and while I get answers for that, I want to see if it's even possible to fix my problem. It started on May 5th when the right earphone of my Arctis 5s stopped working. I have several cords for them and learned that neither the cord nor the headphones is the problem, but the chatmix dial, which acts almost as a hub for the headphones. I figured that it was a problem with the dial because I had a similar issue previously with hearing through an earphone, and it turned out the cable from the headphones to the dial was broken. Now I have ordered several new Chatmix dials from eBay it did not fix my issues at all. I have tried everything in sound settings and balancing. I figured it must be a driver's issue because throughout all my free time, I have combed through every setting I have and figured something must have been corrupted. Upon redownloading and reopening SteelSeries GG, I had this (See image), where I cannot change any of my settings in Sonar, and every time I try to select a different setting for mic and chat, it changes my game settings. I can't contact any human through SteelSeries, and the bots keep making tickets that haven't been answered since the 5th, when the issue arose. Another issue happening is that in the engine section of GG, it keeps telling me to reconnect my headset (I do, and then it keeps telling me to do it again).

Any alternatives to the chat mix dial

I've recently been pushed away from using SteelSeries products due to the terrible support and software. The only reason I have kept using SteelSeries was because because of this product and it is discontinued. My problem was that no matter what I plugged into the dial, I could only hear through one earphone, and trying to adjust settings has gotten me in a worse place than where I was before ( I had also purchased multiple dials off eBay to try and just replace it and the same issue arises) I want to be done with the brand, and I am looking for an alternative to the Chatmix dial for a similar price
