I enjoyed something like ab old fashioned, but replacing whisky with Barr Hill Tom Cat - which I will definitely do again. Four Corners and Mahon G&T’s were also delicious complex, and different. Scottflaw even makes their own tonic - very flavorful in its own right. So the only downside was knowing if I’m tasting the gin or this different tonic.

M47 is priced same as most of the others, so that’s hard to refuse. But there’s also Gunpowder Fig. And what can I expect from the Glendalough Irish Gin (brown color)?
