So as the title says yes mock test marks don't matter.. but yess you need to be in the 400s if you want selection. I have met a good amount of seniors who used to score 400 -500 marks in their mock tests and still scored 90-120 marks higher in actual d day. Mock tests are tougher like way tougher than actual neet and if you are above 400 and have completed your syllabus, it doesn't matter what your score is cuz you are in selection zone already. Just do the pyqs of neet, give previous year neet papers as mocks and score good there. Above it is all ranks and 500+ wale in mocks this year will be taking the top ranks and aims and stuff but 400+ wale log y'all are safe for selection as per state quotas (excluding delhi and super crazy cutoff states tho).
