This is my 3rd attempt on maxing him and got pretty lucky as SPE was 88 with 3 common left to reach 6 90s. I am happy with the result, what are your thoughts?

This is my 6th attempt on maxing this card, although I couldn’t reach 90 SPE and CON I don’t mind it. Is this a redo?
