What it’s designed to do:
- Reality Check: Cross-references descriptions with photos to flag potential "marketing fluff."
- Space & Light: Scores kitchens/bathrooms and estimates sunlight/thermal orientation.
- Risk Detection: Identifies potential issues like short-term leases or undisclosed holding costs.
- Financials: Calculates state-specific stamp duty and monthly cash flow.
