I am facing a weird issue with SBI UPI and I can't figure out what's going on .

On 22 April ,my mom sent me Rs5500 and it came through without any problem .But now,whenever someone tries to send me anything above 5000,it just fails and shows "declined for security reasons".

Smaller accounts (like 1000-2000) are coming fine .I can send money without any issue .it's only receiving above 5000 that is not working .IMPS is working fine .

I have tried multiple people , same problem everytime.

Has anyone else faces this ? Is this some temporary restriction or did SBI put some limit on my account ?

Called customer care but they didn't really have a clear answer.
