Found buried near some cans with pull tabs that I believe are from the 1970s. The bottle has an I inside two circles on the bottom. On the side is 83 (the year I assume) and a capitol L with a dot after it. On the other side were capitol I and J fairly close to each other (not pictured). Thanks!
