Has anyone else noticed new vertical ridges on all their nails? Mine started about 6 months into my long COVID journey.

Has anyone else had symptoms that reasonably tendon issues, clicking popping or catching joints and tendons ? Could also describe some of it as laxity or looseness in joints all over the body.

I've been tested for rheumatoid and other autoimmune conditions as well as EDS but it is all negative.

Anyone else out there with these connective tissue issues ?
