Any recs for soft, fragrance free diapers for a newborn? (not Huggies please!) The Pampers Pure line is not consistently in stock on Amazon and seems to out of stock everywhere else. For fresh newborn skin, I prefer pampers over huggies as huggies was really rough on my my first babies skin (the tabs would rub against her skin. We switched to pampers swaddlers cos it's way more padded, softer and we ignored the fragrance though I would've liked them without it. Haven't tried any other brands.

Had my first baby, finished my first mat leave, Wondering if this is the same for everyone - I returned to work in Jan 2026 and my pay has remained the same as it was before my maternity leave, with no adjustment for inflation and at the end of 2026, I might just get the standard 3% raise. I get that I wasn't working so I didn't ask for a revision in my pay when i returned. If I decide to have another baby, and get pregnant this year, I'll probably be stuck with the same pay as before my first mat leave or might not be eligible for a raise end of this year. My company doesn't offer top ups when on mat leave.
