In all seriousness their communication is crap. Don’t have one person tell us one thing and follow up with something else. They must think we’re stupid.

Call me crazy but if you change a policy ( I don’t believe it one bit) you should probably tell customers that.

That being said free for life means exactly that. Don’t try to tell me I can’t have two promos active when I literally have two codes active. I swear they’re actively trying to make all current customers quit.
