Has anyone been having spotty performance out of their MG-44?

Mine has been kept in pretty favorable conditions, about 3 years old.

Fresh batteries, fresh gaskets today, attached the brass arm directly to the charge port on my 1 year old Titan manifold, pulled vacuum down to <200 and isolated the micron gauge, but it still ticks up like there’s an active leak. At first I though my core remover was the culprit, but this ruled it out. I’ve been using this setup for installs just fine until now, have any of you had the same issue and fixed it/ had fieldpiece repair it for ?$?
