I am 2-3 months without a canker sore (very unusual) ever since I switched to sodium laurel sulfate-free toothpaste. It won't help you much if you're in the middle of canker-geddon but thanks to whoever in this sub recommended the sensodyne toothpaste without sls. Even biting my lip and little abrasions now don't turn into canker sores at all.
