Nobody told me that the most boring part of running a business could just disappear

Was spending 3-4 hours a week on invoicing and reconciliation. Not because it was hard, because it was the same 6 steps every single time.

Connected my finance stack through MCP, started small. Asked Claude to draft invoices from deal notes. Then it started flagging overdue payments. Then summarizing cash flow when I asked. Turns out most of "running a business" is just pushing the same information between the same places in a slightly different format. Once you see it that way it's hard to unsee.

I still review everything before it goes out but the lifting is done before I touch it. What u think is actually working vs what's still janky ?
