There's a huge number of issue trackers out there. I've looked at a dozen or so, and most of them provide a highly complex, feature-rich dashboard that is appropriate for the helpdesk tech, but totally overwhelming to a non-tech user who just wants a simple form to log a request or issue.
I'd like to find a tool, preferably open-source and self-hosted, that has an issue entry form appropriate for technology-averse users. The best I've been able to find so far is Bugzilla, but that could be my personal bias since I've used it off and on from its earliest incarnations. Even Bugzilla can be too much for some our most technophobe users.
Any suggestions?
