I'm seeking advice on how to proceed. I've been dashing for a few years now. I signed up for the Crimson Card when it became available. It worked great for quite awhile. My vehicle went down for about 6 months or so and once I was up and running again, I resumed dashing. I'd just received a new Crimson Card (first one expired). My first time back out dashing, I was out for a few hours and went to end the dash so I could fuel up to keep going. I got a notification--something to the effect of "failure to payout" (I apologize, I don't remember the exact phrasing). I reached out to support as instructed and was advised that I could no longer have my funds paid out to my Crimson account, as it'd been inactive for too long (again--had only been out of commission for 5-6 months).
Has anyone else experienced the same thing? If so, were you able to get it reactivated?
I'm just trying to scrape by, as are all of us. Paying a fee to cash out each day (or only being able to cash out once per day) is proving to be a huge pain. I'd also love to benefit from the gas rebate.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
