Toilet training advice please!
I have done some looking up on how to toilet train conures but was just wondering if people have been successful in doing so and how they did it.

I finally got conures! We have 2 green cheeks who were clutch mates! My birds called George and my mothers is Agnes, they were keen to interact on their very first day so have basically been spending the entire day and a lot of yesterday (only got them yesterday!) climbing all around me as I do daily jobs 😂. They are the sweetest most engaging creatures I’m soo glad I got them! The only thing is they are little turds when it’s time to go in their cage for bed even though they spend barely any time actually in it lol. Btw George’s favourite song is savestate by boy2000
I had just one question if anyone could answer, they love gently nibbling on my ears. I read that it’s a sign of affection but I’d like to make sure that’s true before I enable naughty behaviour!
I’m kinda cooked I have assignments due today I need to submit but canvas is down for me, I assume it’s the same for everyone right?
I was just wondering if I can provide enough interaction time for a conure, I can afford only one at this time.
Monday: classes 7am-6pm
Tuesday: home all day
Wednesday: home all day
Thursday: classes 8am-5.30pm
Friday: classes 11am-4.30pm
Saturday: work 9-4.30
Sunday: home all day most weeks (unless out)
When I’m home after classes I would be interacting with it (out of cage) from 5 till whenever I sleep (around 10)- if I have time I’ll also have it out before classes. ALSO when I’m home all day it would be with me whole day.
I will only buy a conure if I can give it the requirements it properly needs so please be brutally honest.
Hello, I’m looking to get my first conure but am doing some research on requirements, diet, training etc. I was just wondering if anyone had suggestions of what type I should look for? It will be alone for the time being (may get another in the long term depending how it goes) however I do plan on spending a minimum of 2 hours each day interacting/training it.
I also understand the diet requirements but was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on what has worked for them!
ALSO I was thinking I could have a enclosure in my room only for bedtime and a seperate much larger
One in a protected area outdoors for while I’m working, is this just stupid and overkill or should I do it? (Please note that it will be free roaming indoors when I’m around to supervise for its safety, this will be a few hours per day)
