The Cloud 9 Mango Sticky Rice Treats: A little pricey but well worth it.
My wife and I were curious about these but also hesitant to pay $18 for a bag of rice crispy treats. Usually with sweets we'll eat one or two each and then put the rest out when the nieces and nephews visit.
As unsure as we were at first, any potential for regret left our minds the exact second we bit into our first one. Today we braved Costco on a Saturday afternoon to secure three more bags just so we can survive a visit from the nieces and nephews and still have some left over.
These are the best store bought Rice Crispy treats I have ever had *by far*. The rice is very crispy and light and the fruit pieces are bright and flavorful. The mango tastes far fresher than I had expected and it pairs very well with the coconut. They're not bound with marshmallow but they still hold together nicely and they are much softer to bite into than traditional Rice Crispy Treats.
Overall I am overjoyed I took a chance here. Don't sleep on these if you've been curious because I don't expect them to stay in stock long once people realize just how damn good they are. I'm already wondering if I don't need another couple backup bags.
