Bought house 6 years ago. I've not done too much with backyard except mow, but recently started adding native plants. Sometimes the grass gets a bit high. There have always been wild rabbits living here, and I don't want to discourage that. Right now, there are what look like a pair living here. Yesterday I mowed and found another "rabbit hole" where they dug a small burrow in the grass, but then I had to mow it over. I'm thinking to leave a corner overgrown but how would I get them to use that corner? They've gotten a little used to me, and I will toss carrots at them for an occasional snack. Anyone have any rabbit-safe ideas to keep them around?
