Saudações.
Tenho um gato que está preso numa árvore alta (7-8 metros) há por volta de 2 dias (desde as 4 da manhã de dia 7). Está sem comer e sem beber, e eu estou muito preocupado que ele possa cair e se magoar. Consequentemente preciso de ajuda para lidar com a situação.
Contactei os bombeiros da minha cidade mas eles estavam a tentar evitar a situação ao máximo (e daquilo que poderiam fazer tinha um custo extremamente alto). O seu chefe veio cá para tentar lidar com a situação com o meu pai, mas a melhor solução que criaram (e a mais estúpida) foi dar uma mangueirada no pobre gato quando ele (na altura) estava a uma queda de 10-15 metros, o que fez com que ele saltasse para outra árvore ligeiramente mais segura, mas continua na mesma situação.
O gato é muito meigo e tem um ano e pico, e nunca subiu a árvores antes. Desde que foi lá para cima não para de miar em pânico.
Estou no distrito do porto, e já tentei contactar a SEPNA, mas eles não atenderam o telemóvel pelo que tive que mandar e-mail.

O que posso fazer nesta situação? A quem posso ligar?

EDIT 1: A sepna já respondeu a e-mail a dizer que não lhes cabe a eles tratar desta situação, e que é minha câmara municipal que tem essa responsabilidade.

EDITA 2: Ao terceiro dia o palerminha desceu de alguma maneira (não sei se acabou por cair ou se conseguiu descer, mas inspetando-o parece que ele desceu). Obrigado pelas respostas

Greetings! Early in my experience with this ring I noticed that the teflon tape was getting really scratched due to the corners of the magnet-holding holes getting sharper and sharper, which in turn made my ring rotate less smoothly and create a bunch of black dust.

Of course, I contacted support and they reccomended me to substitute the tape. But that wouldn't solve the problem as the corners were still pretty darn sharp. So i carefully went ahead and unsharpened them with a nail drill. At first this was an excellent solution, no longer had the previous problem and could substitute the tape and everything would be fine.

Problem: the corners sharpened again. Which created the same problem. Which led me to go ahead and use the drill once more. What I noticed is that doing this you make the ring less and less haptic (probably because the magnets hit walls with lesser mass and so it doesn't do as large of a thud as it normally would). This is extremely disappointing to me, considering I've only had this ring for around 3 months.

I should also note that the logos fell off as early as the first day of me using it (which makes the magnets not be seated) which isn't that big of a deal since you can glue them pretty easily.

I assume this problem came from me pressing way too hard on the ring when spinning it, or perhaps because I am using the aluminum version of this ring, thus making it more ductile.

What is your experience with this ring? Am I the only one sharing these issues?
