I’d honestly started to believe this wasn’t possible anymore. The silencing of the food noise has been the biggest revelation. It’s just so much easier to not be “gluttonous” without the little voice in the back of my head constantly telling me to search for the cookies, acquire the cookies, and destroy the cookies. Crazy ride so far.
