All my other shrimp seem fine. All the time I've had them though (a few months), I've never seen one molt. I don't know if this is that or if it's dying.

I know my TDS is a bit high, but my other parameters are within normal limits and the tank is something like 4-5 years old. The shrimp now looks active, for some reason (?). It has this split like it's about to disintegrate. I don't change the water except very rarely, because my bioload is 8 shrimp and 2 neon tetras in a 40l planted tank.
