Weird 12VHPWR behaviour on 5090. WireView Pro II sensor glitch or another problem?
I got a WireView Pro II a while ago. From time to time, I get an 'unbalance' message on the screen while gaming. Initially, the imbalance was usually around 1A, so I didn't quite understand why I was getting the warning in the first place.
However, I am now occasionally seeing a huge imbalance where one pin pulls 2A and another pulls 10A while playing Crimson Desert. The strange thing is that when I restart the game, the balance is right as rain again. It can stay perfect for days until it suddenly triggers another alarm.
I’ve tried three different cables from Seasonic, but the issue persists. Most of the time the balance is perfect, and it always returns to normal when I restart the load. Has anyone seen this behavior before? I considered heat soak potentially changing the resistance in the connector, but that doesn't make much sense given that it can work perfectly for days between incidents. May it be some sort of sensor glitch in the WireView?
