Is this card real?

Looking at the photos the card honestly just looks a little dirty which is fine. Today I noticed that the moon icon on the ability line looks off from the scan of the psa 10 (psa 10 top, card i’d buy on bottom). I’m supposed to pick up the card next weekend but now I’m sort of worried about getting fleeced. He’s asking 700, I don’t know if thats fair or too low considering even a psa 1 goes for 2700.
