The best Pho I’ve ever had is the rougher side of town. You get used to used needles and bums everywhere, but here it’s a little more pronounced. Worth it for the spicy soup.

I’m currently scratching my head as to how my lenses of my Persol 3199’s got scratched. It seems to have happened pretty suddenly, as these scratches were not present on Monday.
I take very very good care of these and I buy Persol’s specifically for the glass lenses, which are supposed to be more scratch resistant. Is there any way to fix these scratches without damaging the glass or messing up the polarization treatment?
Persol doesn’t sell replacement lenses for this model froM looking around. There’s 3rd party replacements, but I don’t want those.

I‘ve been seeing the poor reviews of the new Wendy’s Chicken Sandwich and couldn’t believe that they ruined the best thing on the menu. It turns the reviews so far have been right and I’m left kind of sad. Wendy’s was my favorite fast food place, but I guess they don’t care anymore. Neither do I because I didn’t finish this sandwich.
This isn’t a chicken breast like it used to be, it’s a paper-thin patty. You can’t even properly call it a patty as there’s more breading than meat on this thing. It’s also horribly, painfully dry. The shredded lettuce is a major downgrade, half of it seems to just be there to fall out from under the bun. Even the tomato was weird.
The one thing that was good about this gaveling is the new spice marinade they used. The spice level is a little higher than the last chicken sandwich, but by no means is it hot.
Very sad they dropped the old sandwich, easily the best in the business. Now they wont be getting my business any time soon.
