Wondering if founders and researchers - people wanting to build something ground up either for creating their own models or inference, have access to the required tools? For example, access to A100 Nvidia GPUs, RTX PRO 6000s/blackwells etc.

Would setting up a “startup house”/“founder house” and sourcing talent/founders from good universities to build something while taking a 10-25% equity share in the business have warrant as an idea?
