I’m considering moving into Arrive Inner Harbor and wanted to ask current or former residents about the typical monthly costs beyond rent.

Could you share roughly how much you usually pay per month for amenity fees and utilities? I’m especially curious about electricity, water/sewer, trash, internet, and any other recurring charges.

If the cost varies by unit size, it would be very helpful to know whether you are in a studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom unit.

Also, were there any monthly fees or move-in charges that were not obvious during the application process?
