Hey, I think I remember someone saying there is a person on Twitter/X that helps shine a light on issues at PSA when they occur. A friend of mine is having trouble tracking down an answer for his 6 mega charizards from phantasmal that have been stuck in the grading stage for 3 months that he sent via express service. No answer from PSA yet via phone or email. Anyone know the watchdog account I’m thinking of?

FYI, I use PSA regularly and have only had good experiences myself, but trying to help out my friend. Thank you
